RSG realizes that
training is the key to safety. Safety training is provided to all employees
that meets or exceeds federal, state or local requirements. We are committed to
providing a safe work environment for our employees and as well as our clients
at all times. Our number one goal is ZERO accidents and we constantly provide
training to all employees and emphasize the importance of performing their job
task as safely as possible. RSG has an open door policy for all employees to
make recommendations on ways to improve overall safety and work performance.
RSG has established a Safety Committee that is comprised of employees through
out the Company who are dedicated to providing the necessary equipment and
training to keep our employees safe. RSG strives to be a family friendly
business recognizing the importance of and commitment to a balance between
family and work.
